Astro Turf boots or runners are the preferred footwear at all venues.
Please read the footwear requirements on the venue you'd like to book.
Some venues studs aren't allowed.
Hit the sign-up button above to register as a new member. Once you’ve become a member you select the venue you are interested in playing at and book your place. Each venue has a maximum number of participants.
We play proper football rules. The only thing that is different is we restart the game after a goal is scored with a goal kick. This is to keep the game moving, we want to avoid as many stoppages as possible. Also, there's no offside.
Throw in's, corners are the same. We only play hand ball for deliberate handball, accidental handball, play on. No sliding tackles.
Players must be 18 years or older to play. Main age group ranges from 25 to 50.
9 a side
The games last for 60 minutes with a 2 minute break at half time.
No, all abilities are welcome.
The games are played on synthetic grass. Read the information on each venue for the correct footwear to be worn.
No, coloured bibs are given out by the game coordinator when you arrive at the venue.
Everyone is expected to play in goals for 5 minutes unless you have a designated goalkeeper in your team or have a medical reason not to play in goal.
In 11 years we’ve never cancelled a game for rain! If the weather is extreme we will notify you if the venue is closed for safety reasons.
Yes BUT we have a 9 hour cancellation policy, you need to amend/cancel your booking to allow players on a waiting list to take your place.
For these events to run smoothly we need to know if you have to drop out.
If you drop out after the 9 hour policy there will be no credit offered.
No. We expect to see sportsmanship from players at all times. Sliding tackles are not allowed.
No, our liability insurance only covers damage to the venue and the facilities.
If you are worried about getting injured we suggest you take out your personal injury insurance.
In 11 years we have never had a serious injury, most of the injuries sustained are muscle injuries from not warming up properly!
You will need to make an online payment when booking your place in the game.

No cash payments.
Fees cover pitch hire, website hosting, liability insurance, kit replenishment, admin, etc
If you kick the ball off the pitch please retrieve the ball straight away, otherwise they get forgotten about and left behind.
If you could help with setting up or taking down the equipment it would be much appreciated and helps to get the games started on time.
Shin pads are optional but recommended.
Also it’s always a good idea to stretch and warm up before the game to try to prevent injury
